We are Scooter Store Limited. We manufacture, deliver and install our product, the Scooter Store, to individuals all over the United Kingdom. We are located at Unit 11, Riverside Business Park, Cambridge Road, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2HE. The Directors and Management of Scooter Store Limited are committed to compliance with GDPR. Compliance ensures that individuals have the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data. We expect all our employees, contractors and suppliers working with or for Scooter Store Limited, who may have access to personal data, will act within the GDPR policy.

The Information collected and How it is used

We collect and retain personal information as part of our day to day operations. Our product is sold with a one-year warranty. When the warranty is about to end we will contact the owner or user of the Scooter Store to offer a service contract. The information collected is usually given to us through a purchaser of our product. The data collected may be names, addresses, contact telephone numbers and email addresses. This information is kept securely and is used for our business purposes only. All collected data is kept in accordance with current legislation. We keep the data to maintain the warranty of our product, enable repairs or other works and offer future services. Scooter Store Limited do not transfer or pass-on collected personal data to any outside parties. We will retain personal data for a period of 10 years. We will contact you at this time to enquire if you wish us to keep your records longer.
